Kickbox 2000 is our award-winning program that offers women a cardio workout like no other. Created by club founder John Savidis, Kickbox 2000 is an intense and exhilarating cardio kickboxing experience.

Whether you want to work on the bags, develop kickboxing skills, or tone your body into a healthy machine, you can achieve these goals through our program. No prior experience is necessary to attend! Each of our classes are taught by expert instructors who will help you with the basics all the way to the advanced level.

We have a variety of classes to maximize your learning time. Our students are encouraged to try all the classes to see which one fits your needs.

Beginner’s Kickbox 2000
This class is the introduction to our renowned Kickbox 2000 workout, which has been featured on television and in our own video series. The Beginner's class is designed for members who have been with us for three months or less, and provides a detailed understanding of the various kickboxing techniques. Once you feel comfortable with the structure of this class, you can move on to the regular Kickbox 2000 sessions. Our expert and friendly staff will always be available to help you as you make the transition.

Kickbox 2000 (K2K)
This class is internationally known for its intensity and effectiveness. It's an exhilarating session consisting of non-stop cardio followed by technical kickboxing drills. You'll have the opportunity to dramatically improve your physique while also learning proper kickboxing technique.

Regardless of your current physical condition or kickboxing knowledge, Kickbox 2000 is the right choice. It's a self-paced program expertly designed to burn body fat, increase muscle mass, improve confidence, teach self-defence, alleviate stress and much more!

Interval
Like Kickbox 2000, this class consists of non-stop cardio followed by kickboxing drills - but there's a twist. In this more intensive class: you'll use light hand weights and concentrate on your arms and legs. Your muscles will definitely remember this experience!

Stations
You'll begin with continual cardio - but then you'll rotate through a stimulating and demanding series of exercise stations! Bring gloves as you may be doing some bag work; other stations may consist of push-ups, sit-ups, pliametrics, and more! Stations will present you with a different set of challenges every time you attend. Are you ready to start pushing your limits?

Instructor’s Choice
This class will challenge you! Our instructors get to choose what drills and cardio workouts are available and they will work you hard in our most creative workout for kickboxing. Bring gloves as there may be some work on the bags or whatever interesting moves the instructor dreams up!
